How do I change my PackageBee password?

I forgot my PackageBee password. How do I reset it?

If you have forgotten your PackageBee account password, or would like to change it, follow these steps.

  1. Go to
  2. Click Forgot Password.

At the PackageBee login, click Forgot Password.

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account, and click Reset your Password.

Enter your email address, and click Reset Your Password.

  1. You'll receive an email from with the subject Reset password instructions.

    In the email, click Change my password.

  1. Enter your new password. Enter it again to confirm, and click Reset Password.

Enter new password, confirm it, and click Reset Password.

After the password is reset, you will be logged in to PackageBee.
