3PL Central - Troubleshooting Errors

Error: UserNotAuthorized​ForActionOnResource

3PL Central may reject orders with the error "User not authorized for action on resource."

For example:

If you encounter this error,

• Verify that the User ID for the connection is assigned to the appropriate warehouse in 3PL Central.
• After assigning the user to the warehouse in the WMS, you can reprocess the errored orders in PackageBee to retry sending them to 3PL Central.
