Linnworks (Order Destination) - Enable API Access

The Application Programming Interface (API) allows for automated communication between connected systems. In order to automate fulfillment, API access must be enabled.

If you have not yet gathered your API credentials, follow these steps first:

Gather API credentials from Linnworks.

Enter API credentials in PackageBee

  1. In your PackageBee Dashboard, click Warehouses.

In PackageBee dashboard, click Warehouses.

  1. Click the name of your Linnworkswarehouse.
  2. In Connection details, click Authorize.

In Linnworks connection details, click Authorize

  1. In the Linnworks login page that opens, enter the username and password of your your main Linnworks account.
  2. Check the box for I agree, and click Login.

Note: You may receive a warning message, "This application is not verified." This message can be ignored for the purpose of this integration.

In the Linnworks popup, log in to Linnworks

  1. When login is successful, close the pop-up window.
  2. In Connection Details, choose a Fulfillment and Order Location for inventory tracking.
  3. Optional: Specify the Order Payment Status, one of:
  • Unpaid (the default)
  • Paid
  1. Optional: Specify the Inventory Quantity Field, one of:
  • Available (the default) — sync available inventory level
  • StockLevel — sync on-hand stock level

Select Linnworks connection options

  1. Click Save changes.

Save changes
