SkuVault (Order Destination) - Gather API Credentials

In order to enable API access, the following credentials must be gathered from SkuVault:

• Email
• Password
• Shipping Status — one of:
  • Unshipped (the default)
  • Pending Shipment
  • Partially Shipped
  • Shipped
