Skubana (Order Destination) - Gather Credentials and Install PackageBee App

To connect to the Skubana API, first gather the required credentials, and install the PackageBee Channel Connector app in Skubana.

Gather Skubana credentials

The following Skubana credentials are required:

• Skubana user email address
• Skubana password
• Skubana Sales Channel ID

For assistance in gathering these credentials, contact your Skubana support representative.

Install the PackageBee app in Skubana

1. Go to the PackageBee Channel Connector app page ​ in the Skubana app store.
2. Click Install App by PackageBee.

3. If prompted, log in to Skubana.

4. Click Accept and Install.
