ApparelMagic (Order Destination) - Enable API Access

The API (Application Programming Interface) provides automated communication between connected systems. In order to automate fulfillment, access to the ApparelMagic API must be enabled.

If you have not yet gathered your API credentials, follow these steps first:

Gather API credentials from ApparelMagic.

Enter API credentials in PackageBee

  1. In your PackageBee Dashboard, click Warehouses.

In PackageBee dashboard, click warehouses.

  1. Click the name of your ApparelMagic warehouse.
  2. In Connection details, configure the following API credentials and settings:
  • Company — The company subdomain as it appears in your ApparelMagic URL, for example, https://company.app.apparelmagic.com/
  • Token — ApparelMagic API Token
  • Division — ApparelMagic Division name
  • Sku Identifier — one of:
    • Alt Sku
    • UPC
    • Style Number
  • Stock Field Selector — one of:
    • Available to Sell
    • Open Sales
    • Stock on Hand
    • Available to Allocate

ApparelMagic connection details - required

  1. Optional: edit any of the following settings:
  • Credit Status — Credit Status of orders to import, one of:
    • Approved
    • Pending
    • Cancelled
    • Declined
  • Default AR Account (GL Account) — the default account code for new customers
  • Use Customer's Division ID (default: disabled)

ApparelMagic connection details - optional

  1. Click Save changes.
