The API (Application Programming Interface) provides automated communication between connected systems. In order to automate fulfillment, access to the Konnektive API must be enabled.
If you have not yet gathered your API credentials, follow these steps first:
Enter API credentials in PackageBee
- In your PackageBee Dashboard, click Stores.
- Click the name of your Konnektive store.
- In Connection details, enter your API credentials:
- Konnektive Login ID
- Konnektive Password
- Order Import Status, one of:
- Optional: Enable Import external orders to additionally import orders from the CRM that originated from an external source. This corresponds to the Konnektive order query option
- Click Save changes.
