Magaya - On-Prem Account Setup

If you are configuring for a Magaya On-Premises installation, follow these steps to communicate additional connection details to Magaya.

Gather connection details in Magaya CS

1. In Magaya Communication Suite, find your Connection setup information.
2. Take note of the following values:

Email connection details to Magaya

1. Email the above connection details to your Magaya representative, and request that they configure the API user for PackageBee integration.
2. After you receive confirmation from the Magaya representative that the API user is configured, proceed to the next step and enable API access in PackageBee.
