Deposco - Enable API Access

The Application Programming Interface (API) allows for automated communication between connected systems. In order to automate fulfillment, API access must be enabled.

If you have not yet gathered your API credentials, follow these steps first:

Gather API credentials from Deposco.

Enter API credentials in PackageBee

  1. In your PackageBee Dashboard, click Warehouses.

In PackageBee Dashboard, click Warehouses.

  1. Click the name of your Deposco warehouse.
  2. In Connection details, select the Integration Type:
  • WMS — Integrate with Deposco Warehouse Management System (default)
  • OMS — Integrate with Deposco Order Management System
  1. Then, enter your Deposco API credentials:
  • Username
  • Password
  • Tenant ID
  • Business Unit

  1. Optional: Edit any of the following settings:
  • Trading Partner
  • Facility
  • Carrier Billing Code, one of:
  • Prepaid
  • Third Party
  • Account Number - FedEx or UPS Account Number
  • Postal Code
  • Region, one of:

  • Inventory Facilities — Accepts a comma-separated list of Facility IDs. If these are specified, DropStream requests inventory quantities stocked at only those facilities. Note: This is required for Deposco to accurately report quantities of Kit SKUs for the specified facilities.

    If blank (the default), SKU quantities for all facilities are retrieved, and their summed value is synced to the sales channel. However, quantities of Kit SKUs may not be accurately reported.

  1. Click Save changes.
