When you set the connection to Enabled, PackageBee begins the process of importing orders from WooCommerce and sending them to your warehouse management system.
Order import status
- Processing - PackageBee will import all orders that have the status
- To import orders with a status other than
Processing, email PackageBee support at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of your store and the desired status.
- PackageBee does not support multiple import statuses for WooCommerce.
Order completion status
- Completed — After an order has shipped, PackageBee will update the order's status to
