Archive an Order

Rather than deleting orders, orders can be archived instead. Deleting orders may have implications for your fulfillment provider, and depending on how the fulfillment provider has been setup, deleting may cause problems such as duplicate orders.

Archiving orders removes them from workflows, without destroying them. To archive Orders:
       
  1. From the PackageBee Dashboard, click on Orders

  2. Locate the desired Order

  3. To the right, Click Actions > Archive
