Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) is the Prime program that allows delivery directly to domestic Prime customers from your own warehouse.
By displaying the Prime badge, you are committing to fulfill orders with Two-Day Delivery at no additional charge for Prime customers. Amazon gives you access to the right transportation solutions to help you meet the high bar of the Prime customer experience.
PackageBee supports SFP
PackageBee accepts tags from Amazon that designate orders as SFP, and maps that field to your WMS. The warehouse can then identify those orders as Prime, and purchase the required labels from Amazon.
Once shipment details are loaded into your WMS, PackageBee automatically pushes that data to Amazon, speeding the process and helping you satisfy the timing requirements.
Additional notes:
- To facilitate your SFP mapping, please contact PackageBee Support at support@packagebee.com. Let us know that you're configuring SFP, and we'll ensure your configuration is properly configured.
- The warehouse must purchase shipping labels directly from Amazon, just as it would for FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. PackageBee is not part of this process.
- Amazon allows merchants to fulfill Prime orders if their Fulfillment Channel is set to
MFN
. Previously, Prime orders could only be processed with Fulfillment Channel "FBA."
