BigCommerce - Configure for Automated Fulfillment

Configure product SKUs

Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) are merchant-defined codes that uniquely identify products in a warehouse. It is critical that the SKUs defined in BigCommerce are identical to the SKUs loaded into your fulfillment provider's warehouse management system.

Gather shipping methods

As part of the third-party fulfillment setup, the shipping methods offered in the eCommerce system must be mapped to the corresponding shipping codes used by the fulfillment center.

In order to enable API access, gather the required credentials from BigCommerce.

Enable API access

To begin automating fulfillment, enter the credentials in your PackageBee store, and authorize the PackageBee app.

Enable inventory tracking

When inventory tracking is enabled in BigCommerce, PackageBee automatically updates inventory status in your BigCommerce store.

Review order status

When you set the integration to Enabled, PackageBee begins the process of importing orders from BigCommerce, and sending them to your fulfillment provider.
