The Application Programming Interface (API) allows for automated communication between connected systems. In order to automate fulfillment, API Access must be enabled.
If you have not yet gathered your API credentials, follow these steps first:
Enter API credentials in PackageBee warehouse
- In your PackageBee Dashboard, click Warehouses.
- Click the Warehouse named default.
- Name your warehouse, and enter your API credentials in Connection Details.
- Click the Save Changes button.
Note: If desired, PackageBee can be configured to import orders only from specific ShipStation stores. For details, email PackageBee Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
