BigCommerce - Review Order Status

When you set your connection to Enabled, PackageBee begins importing orders from BigCommerce, and sending them to your warehouse.

Order statuses

• Awaiting Fulfillment - PackageBee imports all orders that have the status Awaiting Fulfillment in BigCommerce.
• Awaiting Shipment - PackageBee updates an order status in BigCommerce to Awaiting Shipment when the order has been received by fulfillment provider.
• Shipped - When the order is shipped, PackageBee sends a tracking number to BigCommerce, and updates its status to Shipped.

For an order to be imported by PackageBee, it must have the status Awaiting Fulfillment.
