Orders from ClickBank can have the following statuses:
- New - When the order is imported and waiting for to be processed to push to warehouse.
- Error - When the order process failed ( mostly due to Sku mismatch or there is no default shipping method)
- Open - Waiting for Fulfillment Center to Ship this order
- Closed - When the shipment is done and the ship notification is generated and created successfully in ClickBank
Note: If an order is Cancelled or Refunded, and if the ship notification is not yet generated in ClickBank, please call your fulfillment provider to manually cancel that order.
If the order is returned back to Warehouse, your fulfillment provider should let you know about the return status tso can refund the order accordingly in ClickBank.
