TrueCommerce - Gather FTP Credentials

In order to enable FTP access to TrueCommerce, the following credentials must be gathered:

• FTP Username
• FTP Password
• FTP Host and Port

To gather these credentials, request them from your TrueCommerce account representative. When you receive the credentials, email PackageBee support at support@packagebee.com and let us know you'd like to configure your TrueCommerce integration.
