The File Transfer Protocol (FTP) allows for automated communication between connected systems. In order to automate fulfillment, FTP access must be enabled.
If you have not yet gathered your FTP credentials, follow these steps first:
Enter FTP credentials in PackageBee
- In your PackageBee Dashboard, click Stores.
- Click the name of your TrueCommerce store.
- In Connection details, enter your FTP credentials:
- Connection String — in the form
ftp://username:password@integrationftp.truecommerce.com:22 - Receiver ID
- Click Save changes.
