PackageBee uses the DropStream plugin for integration, which requires the following:
DropStream plugin requirements
- WooCommerce 3.0 or greater.
- WordPress 4.0 or greater.
- PHP 5.3+, 6.x, or 7.x.
PHP 8.x is not compatible with the DropStream plugin.
If the WordPress server is upgraded to PHP 8.x, it will break an existing PackageBee WooCommerce integration.
The current PHP version can be viewed in WordPress at:
WP Admin > Tools > Site Health > Info > Server > PHP version.
- MySQL 5.0 or greater.
- Compatible WordPress eCommerce plugin such as the WooCommerce plugin.
- The DropStream IP address 34.197.18.122 must be whitelisted at all levels, including in the server software configuration (e.g. Apache, Nginx), and any WordPress plugins that filter traffic by IP address (e.g. WordFence, JetPack, etc).
- Some payment gateways may require fsockopen support for IPN access.
