Before you begin, check that your WooCommerce store is compatible with PackageBee.

Gather shipping methods

As part of the third-party fulfillment setup, a mapping must be created from each shipping method offered in the eCommerce system to the unique shipping code used by the fulfillment center.

Gather API credentials

Gather the information required to access the WooCommerce API.

Enable API access

Enter the API credentials in your PackageBee store to enable API access.

Enable Shipment Tracking

The Shipment Tracking extension must be installed in WooCommerce in order to receive tracking numbers and URLs in shipment confirmations.

Review order status

By default, PackageBee imports orders that are in Processing status in WooCommerce.
