The API (Application Programming Interface) provides automated communication between connected systems. In order to automate fulfillment, access to the Orderhive API must be enabled.
If you have not yet gathered your API credentials, follow these steps first:
Enter API credentials in PackageBee
- In your PackageBee Dashboard, click Stores.
- Click the name of your Orderhive store.
- Under Connection details, enter your API credentials:
- ID Token
- Refresh Token
- Optional: Specify the following settings:
- Import Tags — only orders with these tags are imported
- Import Status — only orders with these statuses are imported
- Import Stores — only orders for these stores are imported
- Import Warehouse — only orders for this warehouse are imported
- Click Save changes.
