Inventory Data Filters

To stop the Inventory data update of any inventory item from passing over to the store, we can use the filters in settings on the Inventory page.

Filter Inventory from Stores

  1. In PackageBee Dashboard, click Inventory on the left. On the right, click Settings.

In PackageBee Dashboard, click Inventory, Settings.

  1. Search for the desired Inventory item for which you want to stop the inventory data export to store.

In the Inventory Settings, search for the item whose data you want to filter out from export to store.

  1. Select the checkboxes related to the inventory item SKU code.

Select the checkboxes related to the inventory item SKU code.

  1. Now select the store(s) in which you want to stop the inventory data export for the item. Then, Save the selection to bring the filter in effect.

Select the Stores for which the Inventory item's data should not be exported, then Save the selection.

  1. To check the status of an item whether its updates are stopped in further export, you can look for the true value under the Filtered? column.
  • true: inventory data updates are blocked
  • false: inventory data updates are enabled

The Filtered? column shows whether an order is being filtered.

  1. To view for which stores the inventory data exports are blocked, click on the desired item SKU code.

To view which Stores the items are being filtered for, click the item SKU code.

  1. View the store names under the headings Excluding updates from following stores:

Store names are listed under the heading Exclude Updates From Following Stores.

  1. To make changes in the list of blocked stores, click on Settings and then edit the store names from the dialog box. Then, Save & Close the inventory item settings.

To make changes to the blocked Stores, click Settings, then edit the store names in the dialog box. Click Save, Close.
